Complaints and Content Removal Policy
1. Reporting Content

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within **seven (7) business days** from the date of submission. Users will receive an acknowledgment of their report within 24 hours, confirming that it has been received and is under review.

Our content moderation team will evaluate reported content based on the following steps:
- **Initial Assessment**: The team will verify the reported content and assess whether it violates our Community Standards or applicable laws.
- **Investigation**: If necessary, the team may gather additional context, such as user history, related content, or external legal guidance, to ensure a fair evaluation.
- **Decision**: A determination will be made as to whether the content violates our policies. The reporting user and the content creator (if applicable) will be notified of the outcome via email or platform notification.
4. Appeals Process
If you disagree with the decision made regarding your report or content removal, you may submit an appeal within **fourteen (14) days** of receiving the decision. To file an appeal:

- Include your name, the case reference number (provided in the decision notification), and a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Appeals will be reviewed by a moderation team, within **seven (7) business days**. The outcome of the appeal is final and will be communicated to the appellant.
5. Potential Outcomes of Investigations/Reviews
Following a review, one or more of the following actions may be taken:
- **Content Removal**: If the content is found to violate our Community Standards or applicable laws, it will be removed from the platform.
- **No Action**: If the content is found to comply with our Community Standards and applicable laws, no action will be taken, and the content will remain on the platform.
